Shipping within the United States

• Shipping within the United States will be handled by local couriers, with shipping options and speeds to be selected by the purchaser.
• Orders of $150 or more will receive free shipping.
• Shipping fees for any returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Shipping

• International shipping will be handled by select international couriers, with options and speeds to be chosen by the purchaser.
• Orders shipped outside of the United States do not qualify for free shipping.
• Import taxes and duties are now automatically calculated and included at checkout, thanks to Shopify Managed Markets. This means customers will not incur additional taxes or duties upon arrival in their country, streamlining the delivery process and eliminating unexpected customs charges.
• Any customs delays are outside Aille Design’s control, and we encourage international customers to consult their local courier tracking updates for the most current information.
• Shipping fees for any returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
