Shipping within the United States
- Shipping within the United States will be handled by local couriers with shipping options and speeds to be selected by the purchaser.
- Orders of $100 or more will receive free shipping.
- Shipping fees for any returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping to Canada
- Shipping to Canada will be handled by local couriers with shipping options and speeds to be selected by the purchaser.
- Shipping fees for any returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Please note, that Aille Design relocated the the United States in 2022 and is fulfilling all orders from the US. As such Canadian orders are no longer being charged HST/GST by Aille Design upon checkout. Instead, your order may now be subject to brokerage and/or duties as determined by the courier. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for Canadian shipments will not be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices under any circumstances.
International Shipping

- Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time. Any such delays are not the responsibility of Aille Design LLC.

- Orders shipped outside of the US do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
